Event privacy

Registering for a session.

This covers our live product sessions. For the website and the demo form, see our main privacy page.

What we receive.

If you register through LinkedIn, LinkedIn passes us the details on your profile that its registration form collects — typically your name, email address, company and job title. We do not see anything else on your profile, and we receive nothing until you choose to register. If you register through the form on our site instead, the main privacy page describes what that collects.

What we use it for.

Three things, and nothing else:

  • Sending you the joining link and the session details.
  • Setting up your access so you can try the product during the session.
  • One follow-up message afterwards, with a short feedback survey.

We also read what you send us to decide who joins — these sessions are small, and we keep them to people the session is meant for.

During the session.

We do not record video or audio. We capture written minutes using SCRIBE, our own meeting-notes tool, so that we can act on what you tell us. Those notes stay internal, they inform what we build, and we will say so again at the start of the session. Anything you would rather we did not write down, say so and we will not.

What we do not do.

No mailing lists. No selling or sharing your details. No adding you to a marketing sequence because you attended. If you would like your details deleted — before or after the session — write to and it is done.

Who we are.
