SCRIBEMinutes
The meeting, on the record.
Upload a recording or record in the browser. SCRIBE separates the speakers for you to name, writes the minutes from a template for the kind of meeting it was, and lists the action items with their owners and deadlines.
How it works
SCRIBE, step by step.
Capture the meeting
Upload a recording, a Teams recording included, or record in the browser with your microphone and, if you share it, the meeting’s tab or screen audio. A short brief about the meeting helps the transcription.
Speakers, named
SCRIBE separates the voices and shows sample quotes from each, so you can tell who was speaking. It can suggest names from the conversation for you to confirm.
Minutes for the kind of meeting
Sixteen templates, from kick-off, walkthrough and issue discussion to exit meetings, audit committee meetings and investigation interviews. Minutes come out in English, Arabic or French, even from a meeting held in more than one language.
Action items and acronyms
Action items are listed with owner, action, deadline and priority where the meeting stated them. Acronyms heard in the meeting are picked out, and meetings open to the whole organisation add theirs to GLOSSARY.
Straight into the engagement
Record from an engagement, procedure or finding in SCOUT, or link a meeting later and copy its minutes into the engagement. From an issue discussion, SCRIBE proposes updates to the draft finding, each backed by a word-for-word quote.
Ask the library, live
In a live session, type or speak a question and get an answer from your document library and the conversation so far. Those questions are kept apart from the decisions and actions in the minutes.
Stays with the auditor
What goes on the record. SCRIBE drafts the minutes and proposes changes to a finding; a person applies each change, one field at a time.
What you get
- Minutes (.docx), right to left in Arabic
- Action items (.csv)
- Suggested updates to a SCOUT finding, each with its quote
- Acronyms heard in the meeting
Straight answers
- Can SCRIBE record a Teams meeting?
- Yes. Upload the Teams recording, or record in the browser and share the meeting’s tab or screen audio along with your microphone.
- Which languages can the minutes be written in?
- English, Arabic or French, chosen for each meeting. A meeting held in more than one language is written up in the language you choose, and Arabic minutes download as a right-to-left Word file.
- Does SCRIBE change our findings on its own?
- No. From an issue discussion it proposes updates to the draft finding’s condition, criteria, cause and effect, each backed by a quote from the meeting. A person applies them one field at a time.
- Who can see a meeting’s minutes?
- Each meeting is open to the organisation, restricted to its engagement, or private to the person who created it. Sensitive meeting types start restricted.
The litmus test for trust.
See it on your own kind of audit work.
A working session, not a slide deck. Bring your IT and security team; their questions are welcome from the first meeting.
