DECK Presentations
The committee deck, built from the audit itself.
Start from a brief, a document, or the audit itself: a SCOUT engagement, a PEN report or a CHECK month. DECK sets the tone for its audience — the audit committee, executives, auditees or the audit team — and picks a layout that suits each slide’s content. Built from the audit, it warns you about slides that cite no evidence and numbers it can’t trace. Refine it in plain language, then export to PowerPoint.

Upload a recording, or record in the browser, including a Teams meeting. SCRIBE separates the speakers for you to name, writes the minutes in English, Arabic or French from one of sixteen meeting templates, and lists the action items. In a live session it can answer questions from your library, kept apart from the decisions.
Minutes from an issue meeting can update the draft finding in SCOUT one field at a time, and every suggested change comes with the quote that supports it.

Microsoft Entra ID or Google. People are added by your admins, and accounts are set up through one-time links, so admins don’t need to know passwords.

Any OpenAI-compatible model, including one you host yourself, with your own key. The model is given no tools: it reads, it can’t act.
