DECKPresentations
The committee deck, built from the audit itself.
Start from a SCOUT engagement, a PEN report or a month of CHECK follow-up, from a document, or from a short brief. DECK plans the story for your audience, picks a layout for each slide and writes the speaker notes. You refine it in plain language and download an editable PowerPoint file.
How it works
DECK, step by step.
Start from the audit
Build from a SCOUT engagement, a PEN report or a month of CHECK follow-up, or press Build deck from inside any of them. DECK plans the outline first and uses figures computed from the audit data.
Or from a document or a brief
Upload a Word, Excel, PDF or text file, scanned PDFs included, or describe the deck you need in a few lines. Long documents are condensed before the slides are drafted.
Written for the room
Choose the audience: the board or audit committee, executive management, auditees and process owners, or the internal audit team. DECK sets the tone and focus to match, with full speaker notes, key points or none.
A layout for each slide
DECK chooses from more than twenty layouts, from KPI rows and big numbers to tables, timelines and process flows, and notes why it chose each one. Charts export as native PowerPoint charts you can edit.
Checked against the audit
On a deck built from audit data, DECK warns you about slides that cite no evidence and numbers it can’t trace to the source before you present. Exported slides carry their evidence references.
Refine in plain language
Ask for a change to the whole deck or to one slide: add, remove, reorder or restyle. Edit any slide’s text and notes yourself, and restore an earlier version whenever you need to.
Stays with the auditor
What the committee hears. DECK drafts the slides and the notes; the auditor checks the warnings, edits the story and decides what gets presented.

Straight answers
- What can DECK build a presentation from?
- A SCOUT engagement, a PEN report or a month of CHECK follow-up; an uploaded Word, Excel, PDF or text file; or a short description of the deck you need.
- Can we edit the deck after DECK builds it?
- Yes. Refine it in plain language, regenerate or edit a single slide, reorder, duplicate or delete slides, and restore any earlier version. The PowerPoint file you download is fully editable.
- How does DECK handle the numbers?
- On a deck built from audit data, the figures are computed from the audit itself, and DECK warns you about slides that cite no evidence and numbers it can’t trace to the source before you present.
- Can DECK produce decks in Arabic?
- Yes. Decks come out in English, Arabic or French, and Arabic PowerPoint files run right to left, speaker notes included.
